Lunch Form

This message is a reminder to turn in completed lunch forms.  All students must complete this form whether or not you receive free or reduced lunch already.  The reason we need these forms completed is because if we get 95% of the forms back, it qualifies every student here at Chavez for free lunch.  Please help us by doing your part to benefit the entire student body.

Este mensaje es un recordatorio de la importancia de llenar y devolver el formulario del almuerzo. Todos los estudiantes deben llenar este formulario independientemente de que si ya reciben almuerzo reducido o gratis.  La razón que necesitamos hacer esto es porque si entregamos el 95% de las aplicaciones, nuestra escuela entera califica para recibir el almuerzo gratis para todos los estudiantes.  Ayúdenos por favor haciendo su parte para beneficiar a todo el cuerpo estudiantil.
